How long does registration take?
Depending on the count of existing entries, pledged patron counts and the current amount of requests, your registration may take a few minutes before being fully applied.
My patreon login does not work.
Ensure you are using a Patreon account that is curently pledged to our campaign. If the issue persists and you believe to be an error on our side, please contact us via Patreon.
My Minecraft account could not be found.
Make sure that the Minecraft services are currently reachable and ensure correct spelling of the name. The name can be spelled case-insensitive.
My Buddy was suddenly removed.
If you had temporarily suspended your subscription or deleted your Minecraft account, your entry was being removed automatically by our system. You can use this website to add your Buddy again.
Someone already added me with a lower tier subscription.
Multiple entries for the same Buddy can exist. Upon starting, the mod only chooses the highest tier representative.
Can I see my entry?
Yes. After logging in using your valid Patreon subscribed account, you can view the currently registered entry (if present) by pressing the corresponding button.
Can I remove my entry after cancelling my subscription?
There is no need to manually remove your entry after you cancelled your subscription, as the change will be automatically detected and your entry removed once your pledge ends.
Can I change my Minecraft name / skin?
Yes. If you change your Minecraft name / skin, it will be automatically detected and applied within the next hour.
Can I add my friend's Minecraft account as a Buddy?
Yes. However, each patron can only register one Minecraft account at a time. If you wish to change your buddy, your previous registration will be lost.
Can I change my Buddy?
Yes. Simply register another Minecraft account using this page. Keep in mind that we have strict rate limits, so only a small amount of requests can be allowed per hour.
What happens to my data?
We only store your public Minecraft profile information such as your username and UUID. Your Patreon login is handled directly by Patreon, we have no access to it. Our website will never ask you for personal or login data for Patreon and Microsoft accounts.
The mod loads excessively long.
The first time you start the mod or after clearing the cache, a lot of data will have to be downloaded. Alternatively, our or Minecraft's services may currently be unavailable. In that case, please wait for the issue to resolve.
There are no Buddies after starting the mod.
